As good as you appear on the outside that isn’t the case on the inside. People are not inherently good, we aren’t born that way. If we were born in a sterile environment with no outside influence then we might be inherently good from the the beginning, but that just isn’t feasible.
From the moment of conception there are outside factors that contribute to our personalities and way of thinking, the choices we make. We have to choose to be good, just as we choose to be bad. We choose to live with the consequences for any bad choices made.
I choose to be good. I think about the consequences before I make decisions.
While I may choose to be good, I have a bit of bad in me as well. I am a bitch. I am catty. I am a big enough person to make fun of myself, but I will make fun of you as well.
